Ciara Torres-Spelliscy

Professor Ciara Torres-Spelliscy addressed the Mexican Electoral Tribunal in Mexico City on October 16-17, 2015 at the invitation of the University of Texas at Austin and the Mexican government. She spoke about the unraveling of Watergate era money in politics reforms and about enforcement of campaign finance laws in New York City, New York State and American federal elections.
