Professor Ellen Podgor recently spoke on overcriminalization as part of George Mason’s Judicial Education Program in Miami, Florida. Professor Podgor served on a panel on Overcriminalization in the Judicial Symposium on Using the Law and Economics to Reform the System of Criminal Justice: Theory, Empirical Evidence, and Some Applications.
