Stetson hosts half-day CLE seminar for attorneys on the appeals process

Stetson University College of Law is hosting a half-day appellate practice CLE seminar for attorneys on Nov. 3 at the Tampa Law Center, 1700 N. Tampa St.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. for in-person registration, with the program beginning at 9:05 a.m. and concluding at 12 p.m.

Attorney Keith Upson will provide attorneys with a roadmap for navigating the Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure and Appellate Procedure during the seminar on “Florida Criminal Counsel’s Continuing Obligations After Sentencing.”

An application has been submitted to the Florida Bar for 3.5 CLE hours.
