The webinar for attorneys and Title IX coordinators features Debbie Osgood, a longtime former official with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights and current partner with the education practice group at Hogan Marren Babbo & Rose, Ltd.
Topics cover issues related to sexual harassment and sexual violence impacting colleges and universities, recent case letters and resolution agreements issued by the Office of Civil Rights, as well as practical guidance on steps to reaffirm and bolster Title IX compliance at educational institutions.
