Professor Nagle has been appointed to serve on a Florida state government task force on human trafficking. In addition, she will be a panelist/discussant at the Public International Law and Theory (PILT) Workshop being held at Washington University Law from February 4-6, 2010.

On Feb. 2., U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas visited Stetson Law to talk with students on campus.

Earlier today, Professor Nagle spoke at the University of Florida Levin College of Law's symposium on Human Trafficking Symposium. Her presentation focused on the impact of globalization on human trafficking.

Professor Nagle has been selected to serve on two committees for the Statewide Task Force on Human Trafficking: Criminal Justice Committee and Law and Public Policy Committee.

Professor Morrissey organized and moderated teh AALS New Law Professors’ Call for Papers in Transformational Law at the annual meeting in New Orleans. He also remains on the Executive Committee for the New Law Professors Section.
