The program was sponsored by National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law at Stetson University College of Law. Professor Morgan moderated the program from the Eleazer Courtroom. Professor Allen was one of two presenters in the Eleazer Courtroom who discuswsed the issues, programs, and criminal courts' responses to veterans with PTSD, with the remaining three prsenters particpating from Menlo Park, California. The program was planned by Professor Carol Henderson and Dr. Susan Zucker of the Clearinghouse.
