Professor Hudson's most recent article, "Seeing the Global Forest for the Trees: How US Federalism can Coexist with Global Governance of Forests," has been published in the Journal of Natural Resources Policy Research 1(4): 353-365 (2009) (peer-reviewed). Jason Palmer

On October 27, Professor Palmer presented at the 2009 Fall Meeting of the ABA International Law Section on a panel titled "Associates Boot Camp: Nuts and Bolts of Drafting for Clients." The presentation was directed to young lawyers and focused on tips for interviewing clients and witnesses and communicating with those individuals in a professional and competent manner through well-written and organized letters and emails.

Professor Nagle has been appointed by the Governor as the permanent designee for the Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking on the Governor's Task Force on Human Trafficking, which convened last Friday in Miami.
