Roy Gardner

who co-authored "The Ramsar Convention on Wetlands: Assessment of International Designations Within the United States," in The Environmental Law Reporter. Roy also has been invited to speak in March at the upcoming 36th Annual Environmental Law Conference (Keystone, Colorado) sponsored by the ABA on a panel titled “Preparing Green Lawyers for Practice in a Changing Environment.”
