A federal judge Friday upheld a ban on security pat-downs outside Raymond James Stadium before Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, ruling the practice violates the constitutional rights of fans. Professor Paul Boudreaux agreed to start a dialogue with Bradenton Herald reporter Donna Wright, who is working on a story about developments in the Tallevast case. Residents of Tallevast have filed suit against Lockheed Martin Corp., which is responsible for cleaning up a plume of pollution from a beryllium plant that covers over 200 acres. A hearing took place today in Manatee County.
