Professor Thomas A. Mauet and Judge Warren D. Wolfson were presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Advocacy by Stetson University College of Law during its Educating Advocates Conference on March 5.

Stetson University College of Law presents “Educating Advocates” March 5-6 on the Gulfport campus at 1401 61st St. S. Stetson’s second conference on the art, science and skill of advocacy instruction is designed for full-time professors, adjuncts and attorneys interested in teaching advocacy skills.

Stetson University College of Law has introduced the Advocacy Resource Center, which offers video presentations on pre-trial, trial and appellate topics.

Stetson University College of Law has once again tied as the best school in the nation for trial advocacy training in the 2006 graduate school rankings from U.S. News & World Report. The magazine also recognized Stetson’s legal research and writing program, which tied for third in the nation.
