Main Cairn at Camster, Scotland

 

This Orkney-Cromarty type round cairn measures 60 feet in diameter and 12 feet in height. When it was excavated in 1865, pottery, an iron knife-blade and flint tools were found. The entrance to the central chamber is visible.
