RGIP on Quinnipiac

Students Devin Shaffer, Sugeeth Sathish, Jose Valcourt III, Matthew Cooper, and Cameron Spence who are part of the Roland George Investment Program (RGIP) participated in the Quinnipiac Game Forum held in New York City this past March. This is the largest student-run financial conference in the world, offering participants opportunity to discuss and debate financial best practices with world-renowned industry leaders.  The Global Portfolio Competition provided students with the opportunity to present real, managed investment portfolios and compare their performance with other teams and universities.

We are excited to announce that the RGIP team won first place in the Fixed  Income Portfolio competition outperforming all others in terms of risk-adjusted return (Sharpe ratio).  We take immense pride in the programs continued success.
