Cole Caven and Matthew Rhoads earned second place in their bracket at the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management 23rd Annual Business Ethics Case Competition, held on October 16 and 17. Representing Stetson University, they presented strategic recommendations for railroad companies following the derailment of the Norfolk Southern freight train in East Palestine, Ohio.
Competing against teams from Northern Illinois University, the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, and the University of Texas at Austin, Cole and Matthew placed just behind the University of Texas at Austin.
