This semester, Sean Newman, PhD, Kevin Taylor, PhD and Randall Croom, PhD have contributed to leading academic journals with publications that address timely and impactful topics.
Professor Croom’s research, “Leadership Teams, Cultural Representation, and Performance in Professional Soccer,” analyzes the effects of cultural diversity within teams and leadership structures, offering insights applicable to both sports and organizational management.
