On September 27th, Stetson University held its Fall 2024 Internship & Career Expo. This event is an amazing way for students to begin their career exploration, network with alumni, and seek future job and internship opportunities in a diverse range of employers and companies.
The expo had more than 60 employers and organizations, all looking to hire full-time, part-time and internships positions. The exhibition had companies in health care, education, digital arts, insurance, finance, hospitality management, counseling, government, aerospace and more.
The School of Business Administration made itself present in the Expo not only by being represented by our talented students, but also by having multiple alumni tabling for the companies they work for. Some of these alumni included Jonathan Bishop, a Business Associate at SEI, Rosemary McHugh, a Talent Partner, HR Recruiter, and Wellness Coordinator for Frontline Insurance, Melissa Edens, Finance and Business Operations VP of Programs at Lockheed Martin, Salman Mujtaba, EY Auditor, Evan Cole, Assurance Associate at CliftonLarsonAllen, Olivia Vardy, a Marketing Assistant at Details Flower Software, Jacob Ludwick, a Team Lead at Charles Schwab, Waleed Ikram, Assurance Senior at EY, David Kaletski, Information Security Risk Associate at Brown & Brown, Kade Sharkey, Employee Benefits Consultant at Brown & Brown, and Victoria Taranowski, Business Development Executive at Insight Credit Union.
The Career Expo was a successful event, we are extremely proud of Stetson’s School of Business’ participation in the event, and super thankful to all the incredible SoBA alumni that represented the school so well.
