  • The April 27 Apfelpage media outlet in Germany picked up Law Professor Charles Rose’s quote about Florida detectives trying to use a dead man’s hand to unlock his cellphone. The April 29 WDEL FM and WGKA AM also quoted Professor Rose in their reports. More than 200 national and international media outlets have picked up the story, which originally appeared in the April 20 Tampa Bay Times article, “Cops used dead man’s finger in attempt to access his phone. It’s legal, but is it okay?”

  • Stetson University’s Professor and Roland George Chair of Applied Investments, K.C. Ma, Ph.D., was quoted on the Wealth Advisor website about exchange-traded funds, or ETFs, versus trading stocks. “In a stable market, ETFs which hold 15 to 20 stocks are a better option than trading stocks because they can reduce risk and add diversification.”
