• The Daytona Beach News-Journal featured Stetson and two university benefactors, the late Mary McMahan and her late husband, Richard McMahan, in the Sept. 14 story “Mary McMahan’s love of Stetson music lives on after her death with a $15.4 million gift.” The story quoted President Christopher F.
