Stetson Digital Arts Senior Exhibition features works of nine students

The Opening Reception for the Digital Arts Senior Exhibition will be held Friday, Apr. 15, 6-8 p.m., in the Hand Art Center, 139 E. Michigan Ave, on Stetson’s DeLand campus. Everyone is welcome to attend at no charge.

This year’s Senior Exhibition will run through Apr. 27. It includes the works of nine students, exhibiting a range that incorporates or consists of audio, photography, game design and animation.

  • Ben Griffith: The Octavian Spirits – Game Design.
  • Jean Paul Menegolo: Cross the Sea – Audio.
  • Emily McDeed: Frozen: The Missing Denouement – Animation.
  • Monica Wolski: The Collection – Archival Inkjet Print.
  • Nicole Frechette: Behind Closed Doors – Archival Inkjet Print.
  • Tavish Papp: Waldosia – Audio.
  • Robert Conte: I AM – Photography & Audio.
  • Geordan Banks and Adriel Calvo (Team G.A.): City of Tears – 3D Animation.

Also, on exhibition through May 21 is Oscar Bluemner’s Germany: Youth and Return, featuring works from Stetson University’s Vera Bluemner Kouba Collection. The Hand Art Center is open Monday-Wednesday, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.; Thursday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 12 p.m.-4 p.m.
