At least three semesters remaining at Stetson Law School including summer semesters
GPA of 2.9 or higher
Completed Research and Writing II, unless grading on before taking course
Two Ways to Qualify

| There are two write-on competitions a year, and they take place after the finals period, Fall and Spring, and over a span of 10-days. | The Following Students will Automatically Receive an Offer to Join Stetson Law Review: |
| The competition measures proficiency in the types of skills that are necessary to be successful as a member of Stetson Law Review, including legal writing, editing, attention to detail, and organization. | – Students who rank in the top 4% of their class in the semester in which Research and Writing I is completed, AND their Research and Writing grade is at least a 3.25. – Students who rank in the top 7% of their class in the semester in which Research and Writing II is completed. |
| More information on the Write-On Competitions is circulated at the ends of each semester, and during the mandatory information sessions planned by Stetson Law Review. | – Students who rank in the top 7% of their class in subsequent semesters and who still have three or more semesters remaining. |
