The article, “Florida Lends Fairy Godmother to Constitutional Convention,” by Barbara Birt, ran in the Aug. 17 St. Croix Source. Professor Dorothea Beane, co-director of the Institute for Caribbean Law and Policy, and her work with Stetson faculty and law students consulting on the U.S. Virgin Islands Constitution, was the highlight of the article.
