Professor Roberta Flowers spoke with St. Petersburg Times Jacob Fries today about legal and ethical issues in criminal justice and where they intersect. Fries is working on a story about a driver involved in a hit-and-run who left the scene of the crash in which the other driver suffered a heart attack and died. The reporter questioned expected charges as well as possible ethical backlash to expect in this case.

Professor Clark Furlow spoke with Lenny Savino at the Tampa Tribune today to explain the standards of business ethics that law firms must adhere to. Savino's article is about a law firm that has some contacts in Tampa Bay. One of the partners in the law firm was convicted of bribery in Texas and only that partner is listed as a convicted vendor instead of the whole law firm.

St. Petersburg Times reporter Nicole Johnson featured Professor Rebecca Morgan and Nick Cox on Stetson's Elder Consumer Protection Program and the impact on the 18-month project. The story titled, "A Stetson University study is meant to determine the scope of such crimes in Florida, in hopes of curbing them" ran Monday.
