Professor Lee Coppock talked with Jay Stapleton at the Daytona Beach News Journal regarding Florida’s Impact Rule. Professor Coppock is doing additional research on the case involving a man who sued a bank because he was in it when it was robbed, whose claim was denied because of the impact rule.
