Announcing the winners of the 32nd All-Student Juried Art Exhibition

Angelina Dimargo won the Juror’s Choice Award for her submission, “Conquest.”

The All-Student Juried Art Exhibition showcases the talent, creativity and dedication of the artistic pursuits of Stetson students. Now in its 32nd year, the All-Student Exhibition features traditional art mediums, such as paintings and ceramics alongside multimedia installations and digital artwork. The exhibition takes place in the Hand Art Center and will remain on display through Dec. 4.

Juror’s Choice Award

The Juror’s Choice Award recognizes the outstanding artwork from the show and is determined by the juror of the exhibition. In addition, it comes with a cash prize. The winner is:

• Angelina Dimargo for “Conquest”

Marisa Ingram won an Honorable Mention for “The Feeling of New Orleans Jazz.”

Honorable Mention Awards are determined by the faculty of Creative Arts and come with cash prizes. The winners are:

• Marisa Ingram for “The Feeling of New Orleans Jazz”
• Austin Hill for “Trapped in Separate Worlds”

Ann West Hall Awards

The Ann West Hall Awards originated from the generous donation of Ann West Hall. These awards are determined by the faculty of Creative Arts and come with a cash prize. The winners are:

• Shane Norton for “Humanity is Light”

• K. Mauser for “Color Joy”

• Zoe Boykin for “Pull your weight”

• Emma Dennison for “Have no fear of perfection; you’ll never reach it”

Rich and Lillis George Award for Non-Art major

The Rich and Lillis George Award for Non-Art major is generously donated by Rich and Lillis George and is designed to recognize a submission by a student outside of the Creative Arts department. This award is determined by the Creative Arts Faculty and comes with a cash prize. The winner is:

• Tanyla Williams for “Good China”

Still Life With Fruit Awards

Emma Dennison won an Ann West Hall Award for “Have no fear of perfection; you’ll never reach it.”

The Still Life With Fruit Awards are given by our community partner, the Still Life With Fruit Gallery, and includes a cash prize. The winners are:

• Zoe Boykin for “Planned Obsolescence”

• Natalie Thomas for “Mayfly”

Takes the Cake Award

The Takes the Cake Award is given by our community partner, Centro Tea, and includes a gift certificate for one of their delicious bakery options. The winner is:

• Victoria Kepford for “Four of a Kind”
