Attend “Day In The Life At Delta Air Lines” on Monday, Oct. 9
Ever wonder what it’s like to work for Delta Air Lines? If so, your chance is landing on Monday, Oct. 9, during Day In The Life At Delta Air Lines — an information session and networking event at Lee’s Garage on campus. The first session begins at 2 p.m., followed by networking and questions at 3:15 p.m.
Last spring, a first-ever Delta Air Lines information session attracted standing-room-only attendance. This time around, expect the same, according to John Sheehy, associate director and employer relations for Stetson’s office of Career and Professional Development.
“The experience Delta provides our young professionals is unsurpassed,” Sheehy commented. “Their CSA Program [Commercial Strategy Analyst] internship and full-time position are the entry point to a rewarding and fulfilling experience.”
The visiting Delta team includes Max Perez-Duel ’20, who majored in International Business, plus others, in what promises to be an insightful and engaging event.
“The Delta program truly offers a multitude of learning opportunities,” Sheehy added. “I believe every Stetson student should explore the company, connect with their Stetson family at Delta and learn about the culture of this wonderful organization. Our students possess the attributes and skills Delta seeks in their team members, and connecting to our alumni and attending the information session are exceptional opportunities to learn about the Air Line and their excellent career opportunities.”
Students of all majors and years of study are encouraged to attend. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
