Stetson’s Career Success team is excited to announce the first-ever AdventHealth Day at Stetson University. Students have the chance to meet top executives and physicians on Tuesday, Sept. 29.

The day will start with an AdventHealth C-Suite Breakfast honoring the Stetson Student Scholars followed by pop-up events, hourly giveaways and classroom visits.

Stetson’s Natalie Bittles, PhD, MHA, health professions advisor and Heather McCormick, director of corporate, foundation and government relations, toured the AdventHealth DeLand hospital with last year’s scholars in a behind-the-scenes look at key clinical and operational areas. They also had one-on-one meetings with AdventHealth executives.

“We are excited to have our wonderful partners from AdventHealth DeLand on campus for AdventHealth Day and to announce our new cohort of AdventHealth Scholars,” said Liz Connor, director of career and academic success. “We’ve planned an amazing day filled with opportunities for the entire Stetson community. From networking with senior leaders, connecting in classrooms, exploring the da Vinci Robot, to learning about jobs and internships with AdventHealth, there is something for every Hatter. I cannot wait for Hatters to find their purpose and shine bright with AdventHealth.”
