Professor Charles Rose spoke with the Orlando Sentinel’s Steve Hudak regarding the judge’s decision to dismiss the prospective jury pool in the John Couey murder trial.

Professor Rose spoke with Erin Ailworth at the Orlando Sentinel for a story about prosecution and defense strategy in the X-box Deltona murder trial, in which a witness, Robert Cannon, who was allegedly part of the killing team, backed out of a plea deal and pled not guilty. Canno now refuses to answer questions from the defense and the judge has refused a mistrial four times.
