Professor Robert Batey spoke with Carrie Weimar at the St. Petersburg Times regarding mark O’Hara, a man convicted of drug trafficking for carrying more than 50 prescription pills of Vicodin. The 2DCA overturned the conviction but Hillsborough is going ahead with a new trial.
