WHAT: Award-winning St. Petersburg Times reporter and author Craig Pittman will discuss the battle to protect Florida’s wetlands at Stetson University College of Law’s Summer 2009 Biodiversity Lecture. Pittman has written Paving Paradise, with Matthew Waite, a book that expands on their investigative stories and special report on the vanishing wetlands in the St. Petersburg Times. Stetson’s Institute for Biodiversity Law and Policy and the Stetson Environmental Law Society are co-sponsoring this event.
This event is open to the public.
