Professor Allen has been invited to testify before the Veterans’ Affairs Committee of the United States House of Representatives in March for the “Claims Summit 2010: A Call for Solutions.” In addition, he has been invited to present at the judicial conference of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in May.
