Course at Stetson explores sea turtle conservation
Stetson University College of Law students are participating in a special course from May 27-June 6 to learn about the threats facing endangered sea turtles and the legal and policy initiatives in place to protect them.
Students enrolled in the course are invited to join sea turtle experts on campus for the Consultative Committee Meeting of the Inter-American Convention for the Protection and Conservation of Sea Turtles.
Sea turtle experts from Latin America and the Caribbean traveled to Stetson’s Gulfport campus for the meeting.
