Working in Big Law: Stetson’s Career Development Office hosts workshop

Stetson University College of Law’s Career Development Office hosted professionals who lead summer associate recruiting from three large law firms on March 23 who volunteered their time to talk to first year Stetson law students.

The panelists,  Kaye Daugherty of Rumberger Kirk & Caldwell, Eric Page J.D. ’04 of Shutts & Bowen LLP, and Linda Vandercook of Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP,  joined Stetson Law Associate Director of Career Development Korey Henson to talk with students about what they need to know and what they can do to prepare to maximize their competitiveness for careers in large firms.

Stetson Law is home to an On Campus Recruiting program that brings many of Florida’s largest and most prestigious law firms to campus to recruit and hire summer associate talent each year.
