Stetson’s Foreman Biodiversity Lecture Series continues in the spring with lunchtime lectures on wildlife impacts
Stetson University College of Law’s complimentary public Foreman Biodiversity Lecture Series continues in the spring of 2018 with lunchtime lectures on topics including illegal wildlife trafficking, manatee conservation, and avian flu.
Lectures during the spring semester will be held in the Great Hall on Stetson’s Gulfport campus, 1401 61st St. S., at 12 p.m.:
- Feb. 1, 2018, Vivek Menon of the Wildlife Trust of India presents on illegal wildlife trafficking
- March 1, 2018, Anne Harvey Holbrook of Save the Manatee Club presents on manatee conservation
- March 22, 2018, Dr. Ruth Cromie of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, UK, presents on highly pathogenic avian influenza
