Stetson and the American Bankruptcy Institute present the 42nd annual Judge Alexander L. Paskay Seminar in Tampa

The late distinguished jurist Judge Alexander L. Paskay is the seminar’s namesake. Judge Paskay is a member of the Stetson University College of Law Hall of Fame who served on the Stetson Law Board of Overseers, and was an adjunct professor at Stetson for decades.

Stetson University College of Law and the American Bankruptcy Institute will co-host the 42nd annual Judge Alexander L. Paskay Seminar on Bankruptcy Law and Practice for attorneys on Jan. 18-19, 2018, at the Bryan Glazer Family JCC, 522 N. Howard Ave. in Tampa, Florida.

The seminar will provide an overview of E-Discovery, Cross Examination of Expert Witnesses, Ethics & Privilege Issues, and LLCs and Bankruptcy, presented by prominent regional and national speakers including 12 bankruptcy judges from across the region.

A total of 16.5 hours of CLE/CPE credits, including three hours of ethics, are available.

Accommodations for seminar attendees are available at the Epicurean Hotel in Tampa across the street from the conference venue. Reserve accomodations with a special rate by Dec. 20. Valet parking is available at the hotel and transportation will be provided to and from the hotel daily for conference attendees.

The program begins with registration and a continental breakfast at 8 a.m. on Jan. 18.
