Professor Rose spoke with Erin Ailworth at the Orlando Sentinel for a story about prosecution and defense strategy in the X-box Deltona murder trial, in which a witness, Robert Cannon, who was allegedly part of the killing team, backed out of a plea deal and pled not guilty. Canno now refuses to answer questions from the defense and the judge has refused a mistrial four times.
