Harry Neil Janowski

Harry “Neil” Janowski attended Seabreeze High School in Daytona Beach and graduated 1961. He then received a BS in Business Administration from Stetson University, DeLand, Florida. Furthering his education, Harry moved to New Orleans, LA to study at Loyola University in order to receive a Masters in Accounting. The Vietnam War required his services from 1969 to 1971, where he was bestowed four individual medals of Honor, including the Bronze Star. After his call to serve our country, he moved back to New Orleans where he resided in the French Quarter for over 45 years. In that time span he landed his dream job as Comptroller for the prestigious Ponchetrain Hotel, befitting a man with a love for people, for New Orleans and for their famous restaurant cuisines. Later in life Neil worked for Werliens Music and Rubenstein’s Brothers as their accountant until retirement.
