2024 Peggy Browning Fund Summer Fellowship
Calling all workplace justice, worker-side labor law, and public interest law students! The application cycle for the Peggy Browning Summer Fellowship Program began on Friday, October 27th. The program provides stipends to 1st and 2nd year law students to spend the summer at labor-related organizations around the country. The total stipend payment for each fellow is at least $7,000. Students spend ten weeks of their summer advancing the cause of workers’ rights at a participating mentor organization. Mentor organizations include labor unions, worker centers, labor-related non-profits, union-side law firms, or other nonprofit organizations. Applications are rolling and close on January 12, 2024. Apply early as some organizations will begin making offers on a rolling basis on Saturday, December 9th.
