Preparing for Property Law for 1L’s

Property Law is one of the most challenging courses in the 1L year. Estate and future interests, takings, and land use planning in particular have confounded law students for generations. Property Law is also one of the most important courses in law school – nearly everything in the law involves property at some level. In the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society, our members enjoy this area of the law and want to pass on the tips and tricks we have learned to help you make it through your Property Law class with the best grade, and as little struggle, as possible.
