Berny is an exceptional lawyer and Stetson Law Alumni with vast experience in the legal and political worlds! When Berny first began practicing law, he worked as a prosecutor at Florida’s 6th Judicial Circuit. From there, he worked in civil litigation at Berkowitz & Myer. Since then, Berny has worked as the Partnerships Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. Additionally, Berny has worked as a political analyst for Bay News 9! 

Berny is just as well-rounded in the community as he is in his professional life. Berny serves on Florida’s 6th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission, which he was appointed to by Governor Ron DeSantis, as well as the Pinellas Sheriff’s Advisory Board Executive Committee. Berny also serves on the Pinellas County Republican Executive Committee and is involved with Maverick PAC, a group that supports electing Republican candidates.
