Do you want to practice law before a Probate Court? Are you interested in Judicial Administration?

Then please join the Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Society for a conversation with Judge Pamela Campbell of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Pinellas County Probate Court!

Judge Campbell is a decorated jurist, Stetson alumni, and founding member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. As an attorney, she also represented the parents of Terri Schiavo and received multiple awards for professionalism and advocacy.

Judge Campbell will talk about what must be filed in a probate and trust administration case; the most common issues that arise in these kinds of cases; and what attorneys in her Court do right, and what they do wrong.

This will be a rare experience to hear what a Judge may be thinking as they decide a case, to learn from the mistakes that other attorneys have made before the Court, and to see what a Judge will expect from you if you are filing a case in their Court.
