Summer 2022 Tuition and Fees

The Business Office has received inquiries about the amount of tuition for summer 2022 semester and, when tuition is due, and when financial aid checks are to be distributed. Please find the relevant information below:

Summer 2022 tuition for the various programs are:

  • Full-time JD and LLM International students who are taking 5 or more credits is $12,093.
  • Full-time JD and LLM International students taking less than 5 hours will be charged $2,418.60 per hour.
  • Part-time JD tuition is $7,965.
  • MBA tuition is $3,150 per class ($1,050 per credit hour)
  • MJur in Aging Law & Policy and MJur in Health Care Compliance is $970 per credit hour.
  • LLM Elder Law tuition is $1,400 per credit hour.
  • LLM Advocacy is $1,200 per credit hour.
  • JD/LLM is $1,100 per credit hour.

Summer 2022 fees for the various programs are:

  • Full-time JD and LLM International students is $30.
  • Part-time JD is $30.
  • Full-time, Part-time and LLM International students are also charged $50 for SBA fees.  
  • LLM Elder Law, LLM Advocacy, JD/LLM, MJur in Health Care Compliance and MJur in Aging Law & Policy are charged a $50 technology fee.

Tuition and fees have been posted to your student account based on your current registration status.

Tuition is due by the first day of classes, Saturday, June 11, 2022.

Any student who has not paid the balance on their student account or has not made financial arrangements with the Business Office, will be charged a late fee of $200. 

Methods of acceptable payment are cash, check, money order, credit card or E-check.

If method of payment is credit card or E-checks, this must be paid through the student payment portal at  https://www.stetson.edu/forms/law/student-accounts/payment/

As a condition of using your credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee equal to 2.5% of the payment will be charged. E-checks do not incur a convenience fee.

If the amount of your financial aid is in excess of the amount of your tuition and fees for the summer, you will receive a refund for the difference to cover your living expenses. This refund can be paid to you by check or more expeditiously by direct deposit. If you chose to receive your refund by check, it may be picked up in the Business Office any time after 1:00pm on Friday, June 10, 2022.  If your refund is direct deposited, it will be processed late afternoon on Thursday, June 9, 20
