The Florida Law Schools’ Consortium on Racial Justice (FLSCRJ) aims to leverage the strengths and educational roles of every law school in the state to assist community organizations fighting for racial justice and policy reform throughout Florida. Furthermore, the Consortium intends to spearhead or partner in the planning of educational gatherings, conferences, and scholarly symposia, convening scholars, students, and leading practitioners to discuss, devise and propose legal reforms. The Consortium also emphasizes lawyers’ roles in advancing social justice and help law students develop the consciousness they need to speak out against inequalities.

The FLSCRJ is led by Professor Judith Scully and Alum Joann Burnett.   FLSCRJ Fellows will: 

The deadline to apply for the FLSCRJ Summer Fellow Position is April 30th.

Fellows will commit to 10 hours a week to FLSCRJ work.

The position is open to all class levels.
