Student Assistant for Career and Professional Development

This position will report to the Deputy Director for Career and Professional Development. Job responsibilities for a student assistant include:

-Conduct research on legal practice areas and geographic markets 

-Develop student resources on researching career paths 

-Assist with program preparation.

-Post jobs and other opportunities and announcements on Symplicity.

-Assist with the update of Employer section of Symplicity, including existing OCR employers and contacts. This involves researching and filling in missing firm information.

-Assists with communications, proofreading and suggesting language and detail for student consumption.

-Actively works with OCPD Team to suggest programs and offer ideas for student outreach.
