Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association invites you to attend a sentencing hearing
Good Evening,
I have recently had a representative from the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association reach out to me and ask if I would spread the word about United States District Judge Virginia Covington extending an invitation to any Stetson students who wish to attend a sentencing hearing on a drug-boat case in which four defendants were found guilty. An agent will be testifying on the interdiction, and it should be a compelling hearing. The hearing is this Thursday, February 23rd at 10:00 AM at the Sam M. Gibbons United States Courthouse, Courtroom 14B. Lunch will be provided. Judge Covington asked that anyone who wishes to go should email her at [email protected] to RVSP.
