New Student Organization: First-Generation Law Student Association

The First-Generation Law Student Association welcomes students of all backgrounds, and our primary goal is to be a resource to first-generation law school students. We want to help students navigate the legal community with the help of fellow students, professors, and practicing attorneys who have been in our same positions before. We plan to host supportive events for students which tackle the various obstacles faced by first-generation students, and ultimately wish to serve as a network for students who are the first in their families to obtain a higher education.
