A Portrait of Asian Americans in the Law 2.0
AALSA invites the Stetson Law community to join them for a discussion with the authors of A Portrait of Asian Americans in the Law 2.0, Justice Goodwin Liu, Tyler Dang, and Benji Lu. V. This presentation will be informative and beneficial to everyone by showing how greater institutional support would likely reduce barriers to advancement and improve the professional lives of Asian American attorneys and students.
A Portrait of Asian Americans in the Law 2.0 explores the current challenges Asian Americans face in the legal community and offers possible directions for reform. The project aims to provide an empirical grounding for a broader conversation about diverse Asian Americans’ experiences in the legal profession. The book is published by the American Bar Foundation and the National Asian-Pacific American Bar Association.
