The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is an independent federal agency that protects the rights of private-sector employees to improve their wages and working conditions. Our Agency’s mission is to protect workplace democracy by promoting and enforcing the rights and obligations of employees, unions, and employers under the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or “Act”).
On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, the NLRB will host our 2023 Find Your Career Path Informational Webinar from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm EST. The NLRB invites College & University Students and Career Advisors to attend this Virtual Meet and Greet session.
