Equal Justice Works Career Fair: Announcement for 2Ls & 3Ls

Each fall, Equal Justice Works hosts its annual Career Fair, the largest public interest career legal fair in the country. The Career Fair brings together hundreds of law students, recent graduates, and public interest employers from across the country for three days of prescheduled interviews for internships, fellowships, and full-time post-graduate positions. Additionally, students can participate in informal “table talk” with employers.

This year, Equal Justice Works will host the event virtually. The 2023 Career Fair will take place from October 12-14, 2023, via the legal hiring platform, Flo Recruit. 250+ employers are expected to attend this year’s fair, including various Florida-based legal services organizations and public defender offices! Registration for the Career Fair is now open! Students register for the event via Eventbrite. To register, you must pay a $25 fee, which may be eligible for reimbursement by Stetson Law.

Upon registering via Eventbrite, you should receive a separate email containing your Flo Recruit login details within 1-2 business days of registering. Upon completion of your attendee profile, you’ll be able to view and apply for available positions.

  • Students must apply for prescheduled interviews by Tuesday, September 12 at 6:00 p.m.
  • Students interested in signing up for “table talk” discussions must register by Tuesday, October 3 at 6:00 p.m.
  • After registering for table talk discussions, sign up for table talk times between October 6 at 2:00 p.m. and October 9 at 6:00 p.m.
