Virtual Workshop Opportunity – Re-Thinking Mentoring: How to Build Communities of Inclusion, Support, and Accountability

We invite you to join us for a virtual workshop hosted by Stetson’s Brown Center (DeLand campus) for Faculty Innovation and Excellence in partnership with the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity.

Campus leaders will explore mentoring approaches beyond traditional models. This workshop emphasizes the importance of diverse support systems for faculty, including professional development, and advocacy. Learn how to build a network of mentors and create effective accountability structures to enhance research and writing productivity across all career stages. The ideal audience for this workshop includes campus leaders – both academic leaders and administrative leaders.
