Pro Bono Opportunity: Family Clinics

Bay Area Legal Services’ (BALS) Volunteer Lawyers Program is seeking law student volunteers to participate in the Family Forms Clinics and the Family Law Advice Clinic at the George Edgecomb Courthouse in downtown Tampa (800 E Twiggs St, Tampa, FL 33602).

Family Forms Clinic: As a student volunteer, you will help pro se family law litigants complete family law forms. Clinics are held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-2pm.
Family Law Advice Clinic: Students will assist with set-up, notetaking, and directing people to the correct table. This event will be held in collaboration with the Hillsborough County Bar Association on April 17 from 12pm-4:30pm on the 6th floor of the Courthouse in the Judicial Conference Room.
