Community Service Opportunity

Embracing Our Differences will be hosting our outdoor art exhibition at Poynter Park from March 7 through April 13, and we are inviting college students to serve as Volunteer Docents. Student docents play a vital role in welcoming school groups and community visitors, guiding tours that explore themes of kindness, inclusion, and respect through art.

Participants will earn volunteer hours, select tour shifts that fit their academic schedules, and receive training in Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS), a valuable facilitation and critical-thinking skill with strong applications in education, leadership, and community engagement.
